Jossy is a gifted communicator who is able to inspire and challenge audiences with a blend of stories, humour and truth. Jossy has been a speaker at the Global Leadership Network (GLS); Exponential USA and other major leadership and church planting conferences around the world. Jossy’s book Madness! gives excellent insights into movement leadership and missional thinking, along with his life stories. Jossy is married to Jenni; lives in Melbourne, Australia; and has 4 children and 3 dogs.
Melida Dwight

Melinda Dwight is a visionary leader and pioneer of church growth across Australian denominations. Under Melinda’s leadership, Alpha Australia has progressed towards the goal of reaching 1,000,000 people with the opportunity to explore Life, Faith & God by 2025, having recently celebrated its 750,000th participant. The nationally significant reach of Alpha Australia continues to grow year on year, with continued innovation supporting evangelisation by all denominations in every season.
Melinda previously served as the Senior Pastor of the Imagine network of churches for 15 years, and was the first woman to be elected a State Executive member in the Australian Christian Churches.
Melinda’s journey in following God has taken her from visiting prisons cells across Africa to international boardrooms. Wherever she is, her passion is to share her faith and raise disciples, while encouraging others to do the same.
Melinda is married to John and they have one daughter, Nicaela. Melinda swears by Melbourne’s mysterious ‘magic’ coffee each morning.

He currently also serves as the Lead Pastor of Church of the City New York where he lives with his wife and two children.

Pete Greig is the increasingly bewildered founder of 24-7 Prayer. An international, interdenominational movement of prayer, mission and justice which has been praying night-and-day for more than twenty years, and has reached more than half the nations on earth. For 7 years Pete also served with the senior leadership team at HTB and Alpha International. He and his wife Sammy, a professional counsellor, serve as Senior Pastors of Emmaus Rd, a multi congregational church in the south of England. Pete co-hosts the Lectio 365 daily devotional and brings leadership to Waverley Abbey, a 1400 year old place of prayer just outside London. His latest award-winning book is How to Hear God: A Simple Guide for Normal People. Pete and Sammy split their time between a river boat on the River Wey, south of London, and an island retreat off the south coast of England where they host and mentor leaders.
Rachel Hughes

Rachel is the Senior Pastor of Gas Street Church in Birmingham, alongside her husband Tim. She is a passionate preacher and loves communicating the liberating power of God’s truth. Rachel has recently pioneered a national ministry (alongside her sister) called ‘The Orchard’ to encourage and empower women. She is also a keen advocate for fostering and adoption. Rachel has a background in television & media and worked for the BBC in London before joining the staff at Holy Trinity Brompton(HTB) where she lead the Creativity & Arts Department. Rachel & Tim have five wonderful children Phoebe, Simeon, Lois, Judah & Summer.
Joel Chelliah

Pastor Joel Chelliah is the founder and Senior Pastor of Centrepoint, a multi-site church located in Perth. He was elected as the ACC State President of Western Australia in 2012 and has since brought a fresh vision to the State, leading to significant growth and improved health. Additionally, Joel has served on the ACC National Executive for the past four years. With more than 25 years of ministry experience, Joel is a gifted leader and communicator.
In 2018, Joel was appointed Director of Harvestnet, a church-planting movement that is passionate about championing church pioneers in Australia. Joel and his wife Sharon have been married for 22 years and have three sons. They have a deep desire to see marriages and families not only thrive but also be enriched. Joel and Sharon speak to hundreds of couples each year on how to build Godly, healthy marriages and families. They strongly believe that strong families build strong communities.
