Exponential’s Learning Communities has served hundreds of diverse Kingdom leaders over the last decade, guiding them to the critical paradigm shifts to embrace their vision and purpose to:

Who are Learning Communities Designed for?

Denominational and network leaders, leaders of church planting ministries and pastors of church planting churches are welcome to apply. We want to help you learn with and alongside others in similar roles, at a similar level of leadership. Learning communities are limited to 40 participants. The smaller workshop environment ensures you have significant access to the leading thinkers and coaches in this space.

Our Next Learning Communities Cohort

Learning Communities will run from 12-5pm on the first day, followed by a dinner event with local guest speakers. The second day will run from 9-4pm. This should allow senior leaders to participate, even from interstate locations, still only taking 2 days for each Learning Community out of their busy calendars. Each community builds on the previous one, so we are asking leaders to commit to all three Learning Communities.
