The ebook “10 Shifts To Birth Multiplication In Your Church Or Plant” has been hungrily received by many church leaders across different denominations. Many have seen the sense in the shifts. But what about the rest of the church?
How can we help elders, ministry teams and church members to understand and embrace the shifts? Unless this happens, the 10 Shifts are likely to remain as a good idea that’s likely to be on a leaders wish list rather than shifts that actually take place to in effect renew the operating system of an existing church over time, or enable a church plant to start out with a new operating system.
The new operating system that we are envisioning is one that would see disciple making, leadership and church planting multiplication become part of the DNA of the plant or church.
We have worked with RightNow Media to have a six part series produced that will help any group or team in your church such as your elders, ministry teams or small groups work through what the shifts are all about and why they are necessary. The series will help prepare your plant or church to take solid steps towards becoming a church that has a multiplication DNA, culture and operating system.
