  • Explore how we as leaders navigate the adaptive challenge we face in this cultural moment.

  • What it takes to create an adaptive, generative, kingdom-oriented leadership dynamic and organisational culture that can unlock the power of movemental Christianity.

  • How to form a movemental worldview, culture, and praxis for the organisations and communities we lead to follow in the ways of Jesus.

  • Key movement dynamics that help us or hinder us on this journey to unlocking kingdom potential and pursuing kingdom transformation will be explored.

About the Workshop

Overview – We will explore what it means to reflect on ourselves, our culture, and our systems, and so open ourselves up to God’s transformative work in us and through us. The process will enable you to name and know where you start the journey, but it will also provide a compass and map for the way ahead to truly pursue the vision God has placed before us and create a culture and structure to unlock the potential He has placed within us and our organizations. We will explore the paradigm shift needed for leaders and organizations, and what it means to architect our culture and structures (platform) and activate our people (practices) to unlock and unleash movement potential.

Naming the Status/Quo & Preferred Future – We will explore the reality of our present (as leaders and organizations) by opening our minds, embracing soft eyes, and using frames and measures to know and name where we start the journey. We will also help you as leaders to imagine and reimagine a preferred future for yourself and your organization as the vision that pulls you and others forward.

Embracing Un/learning & Re/Learning – We will explore the process of un/learning and re/learning to equip you to be more aware of the potential blockages and boosters in yourself and your system (in the areas of your mindset, culture, structure, and praxis). The process will enable you as a leader to create a framework for you and your organization to begin to un/learn and re/learn to better imagine a kingdom future, and initiate the architecting of the journey of kingdom transformation.

Architecting and Animating a Movemental Culture – We will explore the architecture of the Metanoia process and Movement journey to create and embed the vision in the paradigm (worldview), platform (culture and structure), and practices (behaviors and rhythms) of the organization. The process will give you strategies and tactics to animate the change you desire to see and give you a process of how to create culture, redesign structures, and initiate behaviors to move towards a more movemental future.
