Back in 2003 a team of five families, all from the same Baptist church sold their homes in the beautiful hills of Perth, Western Australia, and moved over seventy kilometres away to a new beachside estate. We all moved into ‘stage 18a’, intentionally buying land within walking distance of one another, with the great hope that we would begin to
